How to Spawn Lizards

Spawning lizards is the core feature of the Lizard app. Discover ways to create and control your lizard population.

Basic Spawning Methods

Single Lizard Spawn

1. Tap the center button (🦎) once
2. A lizard appears with random color, size, and velocity

Multiple Lizard Spawn

1. Hold the center button (🦎) for continuous spawning
2. Tap the rain button (🌧️) for a burst of lizards
3. Hold the rain button for continuous rain mode
4. Lizards spawn rapidly while holding the button

Advanced Spawning Techniques

• Rapid Spawning: Quick taps or holding rain button; max 300 lizards
• Controlled Spawning: Use stop button (🛑) to pause aging, extend lizard life, or clear all (🗑️)
• Strategic Spawning: Tilt device before spawning, create burst patterns, or change gravity after spawning

Lizard Behavior

• Physics: Realistic mass, bounce, friction, and natural rotation
• Visuals: Random colors, size variations, and smooth animations

Managing Your Lizard Population

• Automatic Cleanup: Lizards disappear after 10 seconds to optimize performance
• Manual Controls: Stop aging (🛑), clear all (🗑️), or selective cleanup of oldest lizards
• Performance Limits: Max 300 lizards on iOS; oldest removed as new spawn; adapts to device
